Virmarie Collazo
Virmarie Collazo started her career in the Life and Health Insurance Industry on a Fast-Track by becoming licensed in six (6) different states (IL, MT, NM, OK, TX, FL). She specializes in Health and Life Insurance, Medicare products, Employee Benefits and customer’s short-term and long-term insurance needs. She makes key recommendations for maximum Risk Management as well as Asset Protection helping her clients to select appropriate policies. Virmarie has been invited multiple times to participate as a guest speaker in different TV shows including the D’Latinos Show (the most popular and awarded show of SWFL). She informs and educates the Hispanic Community about the different issues and changes affecting the current Healthcare industry and advises them where and how they can receive the help they need.
Virmarie maintains active involvement in several community service organizations. Currently, she serves at Turning Point Church, Amigos Center, Local food banks and Catholic Charities. She recently visited Costa Rica on a Mission Trip to help in the “barrios”. On this trip she helped teach English to children and adults, feed the homeless, along other missions.
Virmarie’s education includes her Bachelor Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and her minor on Human Resources from University of Puerto Rico. She currently resides in Estero, FL and enjoys the outdoors as much as she can by playing beach volleyball, kayaking, paddle boarding and riding her Harley Davidson non- stopping with a free spirit.
